Ajax Tavern, is located at the base of Aspen Mountain. The Tavern comes to life at lunch and sizzles all the way though dinner. The Little Nell’s Executive Chef Ryan Hardy created The Tavern’s distinctive bistro-inspired menu, and it features his own hand-crafted cheeses and his signature rustic approach to Rocky Mountain cuisine. Guests are treated to innovative dishes such as Colorado lamb Bolognese and buttery bouillabaisse. Cocktail hour brings out The Tavern’s luscious cheese fondue, decadent Ajax Truffle Fries, and other gourmet fare, all complemented by an abundance of fine wines and aperitifs.
