This is the best sushi restaurant in Atlanta. I have eaten at many sushi places here and in Japan. This is as close as it comes to authentic Japanese preparation in Atlanta. The waitstaff at night wears kimonos. During the day they wear black shirts. There is seating at the sushi bar, semi private booths, tables, and traditional seating in private rooms. The decor is tasteful and traditional. I have always eaten at the sushi bar. Jay, the owner's son is a very good chef, who knows his product. The restaurant sources its seafood from several locations. The tskiji market in Tokyo is one of them. This fish is flown in fresh. The uni, hamachi, horse makerel, unagi, red snapper, and toro are all standouts here. I have also had the udon, which is very good. For lunch I recommend the bento boxes with a side of your favorite sushi/sashimi. Ask Jay what arrived that morning and you will not be disappointed. PK A. Sandy Springs, GA
