Local specialties include fresh buffalo, elk, venison, lamb, trout, pork and seasonal fresh vegetables as well as wine from several local wineries. Also available are certified 'prime' grade beef and fresh seafood from around the world. Prime Beef is the highest grade of beef the USA certifies. We age ours on-site for outstanding flavor, then butcher it ourselves. Cottonwood Grille offers an award wining wine list, featuring unique and limited wines as well as daily favorites.
