Our World renowned Executive Chef Geno Bahena for the last 20 years, has been introducing Americans’ palates to a refinement of the intricate epicurean traditions and treasures hidden in his native Mexico. Chef Bahena offers a taste of his passion for Mexico in Chicago at the dressier Real Tenochtitlán and the casual Real Tenochtitlán party room and soon our patio. Featuring a biweekly changing menu, warm and comfortable ambiance, and offers a changing menu of Mexican celebratory dishes, game and little known regional specialties from the 32 states of Mexico. Like grilled dishes, a rotisserie of moles learned over the last 23 years from cooks and families from all the States and corners of Mexico.
