At Fleming's, a steak is never just a steak. It's the culmination of a meticulous process of selection, preparation and service that ensures it reaches your table at its very best. Each dish is crafted from scratch by a talented culinary team and served by Fleming's skillful staff.

Fleming's serves only the finest USDA prime beef, available both wet- and dry-aged and broiled at 1,600 degrees or iron-crusted. The Fleming's 100 — its award-winning collection of 100 wines by the glass — is thoughtfully curated by the National Director of Wine, Maeve Pesquera. Each year, top-rated wines from around the world and exclusive, limited-allocation boutique wines are selected during an extensive 12-month tasting process. Unique local wine selections are also available at each Fleming's location, making Fleming's one of the premier wine bars in the area.

Enhancing your experience at every location is Fleming's WiNEPAD — an award-winning custom iPad app that's intuitively designed to find the right wine to match your mood or your meal — because the perfect pairing is measured by its ability to create the perfect evening.

Begin your upscale dining experience with one of Fleming's fantastic appetizers, including French onion soup baked with gruyere and parmesan cheeses, mushroom ravioli with portobello and shiitake mushrooms in a porcini butter sauce, baked brie in a puff pastry with candied walnuts and sliced gala apples, pan-crisped pork belly with creamy goat cheese grits and sweet onion chutney, sweet chili calamari, jumbo lump crab cakes with roasted red pepper and lime butter sauce, and the chilled seafood tower with lobster, shrimp and crab.

Small plates include sliced filet mignon with shiitake risotto, chili oil, and a porcini butter drizzle; colossal shrimp skewers with chimichurri dipping sauce and a fennel citrus salad; New Zealand petite lamb chops in pistachio-mint pesto, served with polenta fries; seared Ahi tuna; and New Bedford scallops in a honey-lemon glaze.

Like a true steakhouse, Fleming's packs its menu full of the very best cuts of meat on the market, prepared in just about every tradition imaginable. Choose from a wet-aged petite filet mignon, Newport filet mignon, prime rib eye, prime bone-in rib eye, prime New York strip, or prime bone-in New York strip. For a memorable dry-aged steak, try a prime rib eye or prime New York strip with a rich, bold flavor and distinctive nutty note.

Fleming's has a few new classics to show off as well, including the porcini-rubbed filet mignon with gorgonzola cream sauce and the peppercorn steak with F17 steak sauce and cracked black and white peppercorns.

Need a companion for your cut? Try the truffled poached lobster with béarnaise sauce and caviar; the diablo shrimp baked with a spiced barbecue butter sauce; the King crab with herb butter and caviar; or the lovely flavor trio with three different steak spreads, including a gorgonzola and mascarpone brûlée, sweet onion bacon jam and cabernet-mustard.

If steak is not your style, Fleming's provides a generous selection of entrees, including the barbecue Scottish salmon filet, the broiled Pacific swordfish, the Alaskan King crab legs, the North Atlantic lobster tails, double-thick pork rib chop or double breast of chicken.

Sides include Fleming's famous potatoes, such as mashed potatoes accented with blue cheese, parmesan-peppercorn, or roasted garlic; double-cut French fries; chipotle cheddar macaroni and cheese; rosemary-garlic cipollini onions; grilled high country asparagus; and a delightful selection of sautéed or creamed veggies.

For dessert, save room for Fleming's chocolate lava cake, walnut turtle pie, carrot cake, crème brûlée, or berries with Chantilly cream.

Don't forget to schedule in Fleming's Sunday Supper and enjoy a prime rib dinner served with a trio of sauces. This includes your choice of the New Wedge, Modern Caesar or Fleming’s Salad, one side dish and dessert.

In addition, Fleming's is currently offering a Tomahawk Steam Special for two, complete with your choice of soup or salad; a 35-ounce Tomahawk steak with the house flavor trio; a featured side; and a delicious wine pairing.
