Committed to sourcing the best local and sustainable product, Chef des Rosiers highlights the quality of the ingredients in every dish. Chef des Rosiers works with farmer Cindy Nawieshiak of Freedom Organix farm in Harvard, Illinois for a majority of the restaurant's produce including rare and unique ingredients grown specifically for inovasi.
