South Central Los Angeles Ministry Project (LAMP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering economically disadvantaged women and their families in South Central Los Angeles. LAMP offers a range of programs aimed at helping women and their families reach their full potential and create a better future. These programs include the Family Literacy Program, Early Childhood Education Programs, Parenting Programs, ESL Programs, Family Advocacy, After School Expanded Learning Program, and more. LAMP also collaborates with organizations like the St. Francis Center and QueensCare Health & Faith Partnership to provide additional support services such as food assistance and healthcare. With a focus on empowering women to advocate for themselves and their families, LAMP believes in the importance of strong women in fostering strong children.
