School On Wheels Inc is a non-profit organization based in Southern California that provides free tutoring and mentoring to children from kindergarten through twelfth grade who are experiencing homelessness. With over 30 years of experience, School On Wheels has served more than 50,000 students, helping them overcome the educational challenges that homelessness presents. Their dedicated volunteers provide one-on-one weekly tutoring, school supplies, assistance in entering school, scholarships, parental support, and operate a learning center on Skid Row. The organization relies on donations to fund their programs, with 92 cents of every dollar going directly towards student programming.
