The Frank D Lanterman Regional Center is a private, non-profit corporation that provides lifelong support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. With over 7,000 clients, the center offers a wide range of services and resources to assist individuals and their families in accessing the support they need. From applying for services and coordinating them to advocating for individuals' rights and assisting with employment opportunities, the center is committed to promoting inclusion and independence. The center also provides comprehensive training programs for individuals, families, and service providers, covering areas such as behavioral training and sexuality and socialization. With a focus on transparency and accountability, the center strives to ensure that individuals with developmental disabilities have access to quality care and services. Donations to the center's Help Fund are used to support clients and families during the holidays and provide emergency funding throughout the year.
