The Los Angeles LGBT Center is a safe and welcoming space for the LGBTQ+ community in Los Angeles. Their services include youth services, senior services, transgender services, survivor services, medical services, mental health and psychiatry services, sexual health services, substance use and recovery services, legal services, and housing assistance. They also provide advocacy and support for the LGBTQ+ community through their policy and advocacy programs, community and support groups, and trainings and technical assistance. The Los Angeles LGBT Center is the world's largest direct service provider to LGBTQ+ people and has a team of dedicated staff members who strive to create a world where LGBTQ+ individuals can thrive as healthy, equal, and complete members of society.
