The Florida Northern District Court is an official branch of the U.S. justice system, operating under the U.S. Marshals Service. This branch is responsible for maintaining law and order, enforcing federal laws, and ensuring the safety of the judiciary. They rely on tips from the public to identify and locate wanted fugitives, non-compliant sex offenders, and threats to the court system. Citizens can submit tips through the USMS Tips mobile app or the web-based tip submission. The Florida Northern District Court also handles judicial security, custody of prisoners, transportation of prisoners, fugitive investigations, international operations, criminal intelligence, witness security, asset forfeiture, and service of process.
