Kota is a name given to a technique of starting a fire by rubbing sticks together. Our style of cooking is a lighter, South Coast style with the majority of our offerings coming from a wood fire grill. We’ve borrowed flavors from the tropics using ingredients such as Sweet Plantains, Key Limes, & Mango Habanero relish resulting in imaginative dishes - Garlic Barbecue Delta Shrimp With Smoked Chili and Gouda Grits, or Blue Nile Espresso Rubbed Beef Filet Medallions, or a Cuban Reuben Pressed Sandwich.
