A comfortable & inviting lounge of 50 seats & booths is connected to a 1,500 square foot art gallery featuring the works of local artists. Another extraordinary feature is the vast & unique wine selection with a 3,000-bottle glass, walk-through wine cellar in the fine dining room concentrating on wines from California, France, South America & other countries around the world. This wine cellar features an attached private dining room seating 24 guests for wine tasting & other special occasions. Monarch features a 3,000 square foot kitchen with 24’ ceilings. Lofted above the kitchen is a 20-foot wide glass enclosed mezzanine area with a chef’s table for up to 10 guests, providing a unique dining experience.
