Don & Charlie’s menu reflects the kind of fine American dining that has never gone out of style. The most popular menu items remain USDA prime steaks; hickory – smoked BBQ baby back ribs and chicken; prime rib; grilled lamb and veal chops; and fresh fish. Don & Charlie’s features a comfortable atmosphere with warm wood paneling, banquettes, and crisply white – clothed tables. The star attraction is the veritable sports museum housed throughout the restaurant. It is thought to be the largest collection of sports memorabilia west of the Mississippi.
