Lee County Government is the governing body responsible for overseeing and providing services to the residents of Lee County, Florida. They operate under the Florida Courts System and are comprised of the Florida Supreme Court, six district courts of appeal, 20 circuit courts, and 67 county courts. The Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA) works closely with the chief justice to carry out administrative duties and responsibilities. OSCA prepares budget requests, collects and analyzes court-related data, certifies and trains mediators and court interpreters, and coordinates education programs and publications for judges and court employees. Lee County Government also offers resources and services such as alternative dispute resolution, court interpreting, court technology, education and outreach programs, emergency preparedness, juror information, and self-help centers. They are dedicated to providing accessible, fair, effective, responsive, and accountable judicial services to the community.
