The Immigration Center for Women and Children (ICWC) is a non-profit legal organization based in California that provides free and affordable immigration services to underrepresented immigrants in California and Nevada. Their mission is to provide security and stability for children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected, as well as for immigrants who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. ICWC offers a range of services, including asylum assistance for unaccompanied minors, deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), U and T visas for victims of trafficking and violence, legal orientations for custodians of unaccompanied children, assistance in immigration court proceedings, and more. They also work to educate the community about immigration laws and rights through various outreach programs.
