Homeless Health Care Los Angeles (HHCLA) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing support and services to individuals living on the streets of Los Angeles. As the largest harm reduction organization in the US, HHCLA offers a range of programs aimed at improving the well-being and housing situation of the most marginalized and vulnerable individuals in the city.
